As a woman who travels alone, I really liked how they put me so close to the front office that was well lit. There are also video cameras surveilling the property that you can see from check in. This help set me at ease since the property is kind of off the beaten path.

Affordable for school/business long stays
It’s a very affordable price for a hotel. The rooms are in a little rough shape it’s an old building. The bed is obviously not super soft or comfortable but it’s acceptable. (It is a cheap property. My only real complaint is that the walls are really thin. So if people stay up to 3-4 in the morning drinking and singing you will NOT get any sleep even with a box fan and window unit running to drown out sound. I had to be up every morning at 7 so this was a nightmare.
