Mostly clean except for cracks and crevices-light switches etc. & the chair & bed’s dust ruffle had nasty looking white stains. I was in town as my mom was passing away so I asked for a quiet room away from others if possible. Nights were louder & louder as days went by, people checking in nearby and slamming doors over and over, talking, noises on walls. The doors are heavy and some people lack respect. I have complained about this in the past. Sadly I will probably never be staying in Sweetwater again anyway. The “breakfast lady” over the wknd was so friendly and kind..her name started with a P I think.

Went to an area football game. It was a pleasant trip. The only issues were the interstate traffic was loud in the room and the other guests staying slammed doors when they were coming and going in the middle of the night and early mornings. But it was a nice stay otherwise.

Got here late. Parking was terrible. Luckily someone was leaving and I got their spot. TV didn’t work. Breakfast ended earlier that most other hotels (9am at this location).

Everything was great, except the hallway had a slight unpleasant order (which might have came from the other rooms) but in all, it was a very pleasant stay. I will keep staying there on my trips to El Paso. Thank you.

The staff were awesome! Very friendly and engaging. The lobby was decorated beautifully for Halloween complete with treats for all, including my dog. Rooms were small but clean. Breakfast was plentiful and good.

This is a great place, only issue is first floor plumbing. Not sure why, but I’ve stayed different times and at about 9 at night something goes wrong with the downstairs toilets, but they work again about 1030/11.

We needed an overnight on our long road trip and this was the best we've found on our evite trip. Extra clean. Super nice staff. Comfy beds with lots of pillows. Great breakfast choices. We will stay again on our next (and every trip after that).
