The complex where the apartment is located enjoys a magnificent atmosphere and a splendid view of both the sea and the countryside. This prestigious resort has beautiful high-end properties, particularly villas. The natural beauty and the peaceful and sumptuous Madliena district and accessible by public transport from the entertainment venues of St. Julians of Sliema and the residential areas of Swieqi, Pembroke which offer a wide variety of restaurants and shops.
The apartment has access by stairs, is composed of a large room where we find the open kitchen with peninsula and the living area with a comfortable sofa bed for two people, adjacent to the double bedroom, the bathroom with window, bidet and a shower. The apartment is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, free wifi, air conditioning, smoke detector
Outside the villa, a space with a wonderful sea view, equipped with table, chairs, large sun umbrella, and armchairs, available to guests.
The apartment is located near the Splash & Fun Water Park, an ideal place to spend a day full of fun and swim with dolphins. A few kilometers away is the wonderful Malta Aquarium
Malta is served by taxis and buses. The public service is excellent, but we recommend the car to move more freely, (bear in mind the English guide).

Difficile à trouver quand on n'a pas l'adresse ni les coordonnées de l'hôte d'accueil.
La recherche du lieu de location a été un vrai parcours du combattant .
Sur place hôte agréable mais avec l'annonce difficile de deviner que l'appartement est au sous sol de la villa sans aucune fenêtre sauf un éclairage sur un puits de lumière. Eclairage qu'il faut toujours avoir allumé quand on est dans l'appartement sans oublié que l'électricité se paye en plus comme le coût du ménage( informations non mentionnées dans l'offre; équipements intérieurs sommaire avec des appareils fonctionnant pas,ou mal. Je pense que les propriétaires en sont conscient et essaient de vous aider pour palier aux inconvénients;
Formellement à déconseiller à des personnes ayant des difficultés motrices; équivalent de 3 étages à monter ou à descendre à chaque déplacement. Le lieu de location me semble imposé d'avoir une voiture, ce qui était notre cas.

Logement spatieux avec tout l équipement pour un sejour
Bonne situation pour visiter malte sans être dans les bouchons de la valette
Bémol propriétaire ne parle que l italien, on a payé l eau et l électricité en pluset les frais de ménage
Attention mauvaise adresse sur le site abritel contacter Sergio avant votre arrivée

Accogliente, pulito, ordinato, ben servito!
abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana, la nostra esperienza è stata super positiva.
La proprietaria è stata accogliente, affettuosa, disponibile ad ogni nostra esigenza,premurosa, veramente eccezionale!
ottima la pulizia sia della casa che degli spazi esterni, zona molto tranquilla con una Vista panoramica bellissima.
