Chic 3-bedroom holiday home with free WiFi near the beach

The bright wooden house is located on a beautiful, on the sides with half-height trees overgrown lawn property and offers enough space for romping for the little guests.

The interior presents unfussy and partly not well maintained, so that the stay is rather recommended for die-hard tourists. The floor plan is also that of a traditional Danish holiday house: behind the entrance, the shower room goes off to the right of the hall, followed by one of the 3 bedrooms. On the other side of the hall is the second bedroom with double bed and then follows the open kitchen.

Behind the kitchen counter is the dining area. On the opposite side of the room is the living area with 2 sofas and the oven. In addition to the TV flat screen in the living room, one of the two double bedrooms also has a TV with DVD recorder. Attention: German programs only limited.

From the living room you can step out onto the covered terrace. Behind the dining area follows the third bedroom, where a bunk bed is.

The carpet-free house includes u. a. also sandbox, swing and table football.

Erholsamer Strandurlaub

Wir hatten einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Grundstück ist für einen Urlaub mit Hund super. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und nebenan gibt es eine Minigolf Anlage.

Leider nicht unsere Empfehlung!

Als wir nach einer langen Fahrt um 21.30 Uhr ankamen, versuchten wir vergebens mit den SchlüsselChip ins Haus zu kommen. Die Notfallnummer von dk-ferien vermittelte den Kontakt zum Besitzer. Wir sollten einen Zweitschlüssel bei ihm abholen kommen. Eine halbe Stunde hin, eine halbe zurück- der Schlüssel funktionierte auch nicht. DK Ferien rettete unsere Nacht weil zufällig in der Gegend ein Haus frei war. Am nächsten Tag baute der Besitzer von aussen ein Fenster aus um in das Haus zu kommen. Bei dem elektronischen Türschliesser war die Batterie leer. In der Beschreibung steht, dass das Grundstück eingezäunt wäre. Das ist es leider nur zum Teil. Somit konnte unser Hund leider nicht frei rumlaufen- was mit ein Auswahlkriterium war. Zwei von vier Fahrrädern haben einen platten- seit längerem bereits, antwortete der Besitzer. Die beiden anderen sind nicht zu empfehlen zu fahren- stellten wir leider fest. Das Haus ist schon älter. Real sieht man das bei den Schlafzimmern in Form von alten Teppichböden- welcher auf den Bildern leider nicht zu sehen ist. Unser Fazit zu dem Haus: leider nicht zu empfehlen. DK Ferien war sehr bemüht uns kam uns finanziell etwas entgegen- im Gegensatz zum Besitzer. Da gab es nicht mal eine Entschuldigung oder einsehen. Sehr schade. Trotzdem haben wir uns einen schönen Urlaub gemacht. Dänemark ist wirklich toll!

Schöner Urlaub

Schöne ruhige Gegend. Das Ferienhaus war top, es war alles da. Die Fahrräder könnten mal eine Auffrischung bekommen. Sonst gibt es nichts zubemängel . Schöner langer Strand,zu Fuß erreichbar.Für ruhe Suchende ideal . Wir haben es genossen.

Ein gemütliches Häuschen mit tollem Garten

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Skovmosse. Im Ferienhaus ist alles da was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Um unsere Anliegen wurde sich direkt vom Besitzer gekümmert. Das Wetter war die ganze Woche perfekt, der nahe Strand, das Fußballtor im Garten und die anderen Spiele für draußen fanden großen Anklang 😁. Auch die Strom- und Wasserkosten, die man in Dänemark immer extra hat, waren human. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Lage, gemütliches Haus

Es war ein sehr gemütliches und den angemessenen Komfort bietendes Haus in sehr schöner Lage mit wunderbar großem, eingezäunten Garten. Es gibt ein paar wenige Gebrauchsspuren, die aber noch nicht stören. Wir kommen wieder.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit Hund

Das Objekt war wie beschrieben und sehr gut für einen Urlaub mit Hund geeignet. An 1-2 Stellen gab es einen leichten Renovierungsbedarf. Unseren Urlaub/Komfort (2. Erwachsene, 1. Hund) hat dieser aber in keinem Fall negativ beeinflusst. Der Strand vor Ort ist sehr schön und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Oft hatten wir ganze Strandabschnitte nur für uns :-) Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt!

Sehr schöne Gegend, Leider war der Einkaufsladen zu (Corona) nächste Laden 3 km entfernt.

Eine tolle Zeit

Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben in diesem Ferienhaus. Ein Lob geht hier an Rüdiger, der sich sofort gekümmert hat, wenn es etwas gab (Bettlaken, Sonnenschirm). Das Haus braucht etwas Liebe von Außen, einen Anstrich. Toll wäre es, wenn alle Fenster einen Mückenschutz/-gitter hätten. Einzigster Kritikpunkt, dass dritte Schlafzimmer (Doppelstockbetten) scheint schlecht isoliert und wärmt sich sehr stark auf, egal ob man die Jalousien und Tür tagsüber schließt oder nicht. Die Gegend ist traumhaft und bietet genau das, was man an der Ostsee so schätzt.

Sehr schöner, großer Garten und ein toller Vermieter

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Der Garten ist riesig und lädt Kinder und/oder Hunde zum Toben ein. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist gut. Salz, Pfeffer usw. hätten wir gar nicht mitbringen brauchen. Ein (Weber-)Grill ist übrigens auch vorhanden, wir hatten extra einen eigenen eingepackt, weil dieser nicht in der Beschreibung stand. Zum Strand läuft man ca. 5 Minuten auf einer wenig befahrenen Asphalt-Straße. Der Strand an sich ist relativ schmal, aber dafür sehr lang und auch sauber. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Urlaub direkt an der Ostsee

Das Haus war sehr schön und hatte eine super Ausstattung. Das Grundstück ist riesig, da hat jedes Kind und jeder Hund genug platz zum Toben. Von der Küchenausstattung her war alles da was man brauchte. Einige Küchenutensilien hatten schon Beschädigungen die sollten vllt. Ersetzt werden aber sonst war alles TipTop. Es war wirklich sehr schön und wir kommen gerne wieder.....

Super schönes Haus, mit allem ausgestattet! Nicht weit vom Sandstrand entfernt!

Angekommen und Wohl gefühlt:)) Am Strand kann man wunderbar weit spazieren gehen! Wir waren Anfang November da und hatten auch nicht so viel Tourismus. Also keine Menschenseele am Meer . Das Haus ist wunderschön aufgeteilt und man hat seine Ruhe dort. Als willkommens Geschenk bekamen wir eine Flasche Sekt vom Vermieter :)))😊 Danke 😃 Wir kommen wieder 😃

Entspannungsurlaub

Das Objekt an und für sich ist typisch Dänisch und verbreitet einen angenehmen Charme. Die Möglichkeit sich abends es gemütlich zu machen ist mit dem Kamin gegeben. Auch die überdachte Terrasse und der Grill laden zum draußen Verweilen ein. Das Haus an und für sich ist in einem guten Zustand, wobei man halt nicht so genau auf die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung an Küchenutensilien schauen darf! An und für sich war es ein schöne Urlaub mit Meer und Strandnähe in einer ruhigen und guten Lage zur Natur aber auch zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
