A great beach getaway
We had a wonderful mini break in Avalon. We could watch the bay from the spa for hours! Just a 5 min drive to the beach and great restaurants, our favorite being Alma. Beautifully appointed with a lovely welcome bottle of wine! Would thoroughly recommend.

I have fallen in love with the northern beaches and Avalon in particular! Our stay in this wonderful setting and lovely home ticked all the boxes… everything we needed and wanted. What a view!
We really enjoyed staying at this property. The view, pool and spa were incredible. The stay was very comfortable, with a slight exception to the drain smell (which went away when you opened the doors and lit candles). Simon was an attentive host and made the check in process easy. Lots on your doorstep, cafes and restaurants. Would stay again.

Great escape with the family
Spent 3 nights with the family at this beautiful property. It is perfectly located with sweeping views on a quiet and private street, right by the water. You get exactly what you see in the listing pictures - modern, stylish, clean and exclusive. A short drive to great cafes and restaurants in Avalon or Palm Beach or just kick back and enjoy a barbie and a splash in the pool with the kids. We highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon.

Great location with an amazing view! My husband and I were lucky enough to stay here with our 2 year old for a week and didn’t want to leave! Simon was a great host and the property had everything we needed for an enjoyable holiday. Clean, spacious, well equipped, easy check in, and great communication by host.
