Well situated but a little bare
The apartment is situated in a lovely area, near to a beach and shops and is a great area tu use as a base to visit Sydney. It is a large, well lit, clean, spacious apartment but not exactly cozy or comfortable. There is the bare minimum really. Also when we arrived the apartment was extremely cold. There were heaters around but when we put them on we blew a fuse - we could no longer use the plugs in the kitchen and had to use the kettle and toaster on the floor of the dining room. We reached out for assistance but didn't get a reply for over 24 hours. The same happened when we tried to run the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is some work to be done. It's old, the windows are old, the doors are old and there is no insulation from the outside - so it is very cold - large gap under the door to the garden - broken window in the bathroom. Don't get me wrong, the apartment has a lot of potential but definitely needs work. A bit expensive for its current condition, but it is in Mosman...
