It's a big property, and work is being done ... but the units are terrific inside for the price. The room we got was huge and with poor furniture layout, but otherwise once you overcome the huge room size - very nice rooms for the price.

The road noise was very loud. The cleaners dropping off their large laundry trolley at 7.30am was very loud and just below our room. The hotel wasn't busy so another room might have been better, or they could drop the trolleys off later.

Overnight accommodation rate in Terrey Hills NSW was very competitive. Reception check-in was easy and staff very friendly. Room was a little dated but overall good value for money.

4 ladies staying in a room There was no hot water in a room until the next morning blankets smelled had holes in them . Shower floor was dirty. When we walked into room it smelt. Beds were uncomfortable advertising a dining room and breakfast no food available at all in this facility no fan in bathroom to take out the steam when we finally got hot water.
