Incredible Views & Location, Disappointing Experience
The home’s location and views of the cliffs and ocean are incredible—truly the highlight of this property. Unfortunately, the house itself did not meet expectations, especially for the premium price.We encountered several issues during our week-long stay with a large family. Only one stove burner worked, making it impossible to cook meals. The kitchen is poorly stocked with worn pots and pans, and the dishwasher didn’t close or function properly without manual intervention. Basic supplies like towels, toilet paper, and paper towels were insufficient for 12 guests, and the towels provided were old and damaged.The furniture setup to sleep 12 is unrealistic. Additional beds were uncomfortable IKEA chairs, the bunk bed felt unsafe, and the sheets and bedding were worn. Cleaning was also subpar; floors were covered in hair and bugs, and the coffee machine had moldWe did notify the host, and no real solutions were offered for things that didn't work or supplies, an offer was made to have someone come clean - but we had already done it ourselves.While the location is stunning, the home is in disrepair and poorly maintained. For the price charged, this property should be so much better.
