The room was really nice, really good value for the price paid. My only criticism is that there was black hair all through the bed and in the bathroom which I assume (hope) was left by the cleaner. This was a little off putting but the sheets looked clean and the bed was super comfy so not a huge deal. The biggest issue was the noise. You can hear everything happening outside the room and being a light sleeper I was woken every time someone went to the toilet or closed a door. There seemed to only be a few other guests there, I can imagine it would be much worse if the place was at capacity. I would definitely stay again, will just being ear plugs next time to ensure a better nights sleep.

What I like about this hotel is that it is close to the train station. The only challenge for me is to always look for reception service.

I specially liked the food choices from the restaurant. The meal that I chose was excellent. Cigarette smoke entered the area of the rooms. I did not like the strong smell of cigarete smoke in the bar areas.

Beautiful clean motel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Staff are lovely and very helpful. They Go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Thank you for my chocolates :). I was impress with the customer service and I can see they put so much effort into the renovations and looks great and clean. The big problem I had was German cockroaches that start climbing the bed at night. I can't believe it. So spotless and did not manage pest control. It is sad because the place is brand new. I won't come back again!

The staff are absolutely amazing, there were a few /insects/ in the room, but other than that was a very enjoyable stay! The food downstairs is great, and despite the establishment below being open until 4am, no noise or anything carries up stairs. Staff allowed me an early check in due to my room being unused the previous night, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The location is great (especially if needing a short stay before flying out of Sydney!)
