The holiday home "Sylter Schönheit" is such a special place. Here, you can relax and unwind in your holiday home—yet, conveniently located in the south of Westerland, everything is easily accessible on foot. You can confidently leave your car in the garage belonging to the house for an extended period, plug it into the electric charging station, and enjoy a stress-free vacation! The electric charging station can be booked via QR code through an app and is ready for use afterward. Long walks, the good sea air, beautiful beach days, and numerous nearby leisure and shopping opportunities await you.

The Holiday Home "Sylter Schönheit" - Facilities

The "Sylter Schönheit" accommodates up to 6 people and is perfect for a vacation with family or friends. The semi-detached house, completed in 2022, impresses with a modern, high-quality ambiance and tasteful interior design. Upon entering the spacious (115 sqm) holiday home, it becomes clear that special attention has been paid to the equipment, with a focus on high-quality materials and quality in every area. The attractive light floor tiles that run throughout the entire ground floor give the house a luxurious atmosphere.

The large living-dining area invites you to linger—various designer chairs, a stylish couch, and selected living accessories create individual flair. Chatting, enjoying, socializing—this is where the social life of the house takes place. On cold evenings, the easy-to-use gas fireplace creates a romantic atmosphere. Through the floor-to-ceiling muntin door, you step directly from the living room into the garden with the romantically overgrown terrace, welcoming you to outdoor dining and sunbathing on sunny days. The modern kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including a filter and a Nespresso coffee machine, and a dishwasher. A modern shower room and the spacious hallway complete the ground floor.

The elegant-stylish line of the house continues on the upper floor: Two spacious bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds and a TV flat screen each offer relaxed retreats and ideal conditions for a good night's sleep. Warm earth tones and a clear room layout quickly bring you to rest here. The modern shower room with a handheld shower and a rain shower provides a wellness feeling like in a luxury hotel! For those who prefer it especially cozy, the third bedroom is available—it is located on the second floor under the roof and also has a double bed. Here, you sleep almost directly under the Sylt starry sky!

For your happiness, only a sauna is missing? The "Sylter Schönheit" can also provide this: The rustic barrel sauna made of wood is located in the separate communal garden and is exclusively for the guests of the three house parts. From the inside, there is a wonderful view of the garden. Here, you can unwind wonderfully. The "Sylter Schönheit" offers pure relaxation—and is simultaneously right in the midst of it!

NOTE (please read!)

To immediately get into the holiday mood, a cozy nest awaits you upon arrival: The beds are freshly made for you, and you receive two towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a kitchen towel per person. For this, we charge a fee of 25 euros per person (excluding children under 3 years). For good health: For hygienic reasons, the linen packages are mandatory when booking.

We also want to inform you: A tourist tax is levied for adult guests on the island of Sylt. We will charge you the tax with your booking and pay it directly to the municipality—your guest cards will be in your holiday home upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of 29 euros.
