This tranquility! This location! This air! The enchanting thatched Frisian house on the outskirts of Keitum fulfills all desires. The ToHus holiday home is right on the Wadden Sea. Here, whenever you feel like it, you can go for a walk, hike the mudflats, or swim - only a short walk separates you from the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site.

ToHus, very close to the famous 12th-century St. Severin Church, is ideal for those seeking tranquility and nature lovers. The charming island village of Keitum with its many historic captain's houses is a 15-minute leisurely walk away. In Keitum itself, you will find numerous small shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as the beautiful Sylt local history museum. Also within walking distance is Munkmarsch, where you can indulge in the restaurants of the 5-star superior Fährhaus hotel, for example.

Back in your dreamy holiday home, the name ToHus is program: Feel immediately at home, whether you are traveling as a couple, with family, or with friends. Dogs are also welcome in the spacious semi-detached house with a fenced garden.

Step into your dream house with a view of the Wadden Sea! Let yourself be enchanted by the charming property, which, with its luxurious 175 sqm of living space, large terrace, and overgrown garden, accommodates up to six people and two dogs!
The mix of Frisian charm, luxury, and spectacular nature convinces immediately. Through the spacious hall, which also houses a guest toilet, you enter the living area of your holiday home, completely equipped with stylish terracotta tiles. The tasteful, cozy furnishings immediately catch the eye—a generous lounge area with sofas and armchairs invites you to relax. On the other side of the room, the round dining seating area with padded benches, semi-circularly arranged around the large table, beckons. Numerous bright muntin windows offer a magnificent view of the large, romantically overgrown garden, a white Mylin stove provides cozy warmth on cold days and is a real eye-catcher. The TV flat screen is discreetly hidden in the elegant cassette cabinet.

Breakfast, coffee & cake, or dinner quickly turn into social events at the large round table. In the adjacent modern, well-equipped kitchen with Miele brand appliances, you will find everything you need to indulge in culinary delights to your heart's content. A large double patio door leads from the living area out into the beautiful large garden, surrounded by dense, neatly trimmed hedges—for the perfect balance between privacy and freedom. Relax in the deck chair, enjoy the evening sun in the beach chair, and breathe in the fresh, iodine-rich North Sea air.

Via a curved spiral staircase, you reach the upper floor, where the largest bedroom of the house with a spectacular view of the Wadden Sea is located. The room, with its bright colors and the stylish king-size bed from the Schramm brand, is a wonderful haven of peace. Open the windows after a restful night and look out over the mudflats—this is how you recharge directly. Refresh yourself in the modern, generously sized ensuite bathroom with a rain shower or end the day in the round bathtub with a hot bubble bath.

Even more wellness awaits you in the electrically retractable Klafs sauna in the basement. Here, another bathroom with a shower and bathtub, two bedrooms, and a utility room complete the offer of the holiday home. NOTE (please read!)

To immediately get into the holiday mood, a cozy nest awaits you upon arrival: The beds are freshly made for you, and you receive two towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a kitchen towel per person. For this, we charge a fee of 25 euros per person (excluding children under 3 years). For good health: For hygienic reasons, the linen packages are mandatory when booking.

We also want to inform you: A tourist tax is levied for adult guests on the island of Sylt. We will charge you the tax with your booking and pay it directly to the municipality—your guest cards will be in your holiday home upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of 29 euros.
