Ich kann keine Bewertung ändern, die auf Fakten beruht.
Auf der Ablage vor dem Bett im Kinderzimmer lag ein getragener String-Tanga vom Vorgänger. Beim Abziehen der Betten kamen eine Menge Staubflusen hervor. Vorher wurde angegeben, dass aufgrund von Corona keine eigene Bettwäsche mitgebracht werden darf. Dafür wurde 23,- pro Person kassiert. Aufgrund der mangelnden Hygiene wäre uns unsere eigene Bettwäsche erheblich lieber gewesen. Es hat ein Bettlaken für die vierte Person gefehlt. Sylt Appartments versprach nach mehreren Anrufen dieses am gleichen Tag zu liefern. Das Bettlaken haben wir aber erst am Folgetag nach nochmaliger Aufforderung erhalten. Aufgrund der mangelnden Hygiene erschließt sich uns nicht der Betrag in Höhe von 185,- für die Endreinigung.
Wir sind mit der Bahn angereist. Es ist daher sehr umständlich, dass man nur im Nachbarort den Schlüssel abholen kann. Dies war beim Buchen nicht ersichtlich. Es wurde daher telefonischer Kontakt zu Sylt Appartments hergestellt. Es wurde angegeben, dass es keine andere Lösung gäbe.
Der Rechnungsbetrag, der bei der Buchung angegeben war, differierte zum tatsächlichen Rechnungsbetrag. Das Haus war sogar teurer. Trotzdem wurde der Betrag vollständig beglichen. Als Willkommensgeschenk erhielten wir eine neue Rechnung, in der weitere 14,- nachgefordert wurden und die im Büro zu bezahlen sei. Am Ankunftstag sind wir gegen 17:30 Uhr angekommen. Vorab hieß es, dass das Büro bis 18:00 Uhr besetzt sei. Wir mussten also wegen des Fehlers nochmal das Büro von Sylt Appartments aufsuchen und das Geld bezahlen. Wir sind vom "Service" sehr enttäuscht.

Schönes Hausteil, toller Garten
Super gepflegt, sauber und komplett. Viel Charme, ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, dafür sehr großzügig, keine Zimmer im Keller, neue Küche, gute Betten! Etwas Fluglärm und Eisenbahn. Für uns war es sehr gut und gerne wieder
