I don’t know if $100 is the current price for a motel kind of property. The property is decent and clean, but has very poor customer service. I didn’t find the staff friendly. The property doesn’t provide body lotion which I haven’t seen anywhere else. So if you have to stop for the night and you didn’t plan it, you might end up with a dry skin the next day. The AC / Heat system needs an update. It had a mind of its own and worked per its own automatic arrangement. Breakfast is like other comparable motels, nothing fancy but you won’t starve in the morning. Timing though was only 6-9am. In winters I find it to be short.

The hotel falsely advertises airport transportation. The is no airport tranportation - apparently guests need to make arrangements 24hrs in advance, and even with this service is only probided during limited hours. I made the request the evening before I needed the airport ride. The hotel staff made no attempt to assist. I paid 40$ for a uber ride to the airport. I do not recommend the hotel. Location is also inconvenient with nothing around.

My only complaint is the sink had a slow drain and the tub looked like it needed to be clean. Also the owner i think it is she was an Indian women she just needs to work on her attitude when speaking to customers. Over all 7.5/10

What I liked about the property was the receptionist at check in was very nice, polite and respectful. I ended up loosing my phone for about 45 min and return to the front desk and my phone was safe and behind the counter. I would stay again.

Fitness room (gym) was clearly not maintained and there just for the hotel to say it’s there on the website; it has an elliptical that was old and with a visibly broken handle, and a treadmill that is old and in disrepair, and dumbbells with rust. There wouldn’t be room for someone to use the dumbbells and someone else to use the elliptical at the same time. Front desk staff was either not there or not excited to interact with guests. I had to ask about the wireless access, and the check-in host referred me to the back of the keycard holder as if she had already told me. There was no cordial welcomes or thank you. Room beds were good and same with bathroom including the water pressure. The cupboard door that would cover the fridge was broken off and stored in the closet. The closet or room did NOT have a safe. We liked the breakfast (cereal and coffee and waffle maker and eggs and sausage and fruit). The hotel had CNN on the TV for the lobby and for the breakfast area. This is a biased media channel, and for the Best Western brand to have a biased “news” channel as their default channel in public spaces is a rather unintelligent business or management choice. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anything besides a quick overnight and free breakfast; they did not show welcome or appreciation to guests and chose an infamously biased TV channel for their public TV screens.

I will not be booking this hotel again any time in the near future. Firstly, it is under construction, which we were not informed about, zero atmosphere and a strong chemical smell, I assume from the carpets. Most importantly, I was given an inferior room that I did not book, the staff was very rude and apparently they did not even have the jacuzzi suite with a king bed that they advertised and I booked. I was given a standard room with 2 queen beds and they insisted that the reservation was confirmed by hotels.com, which was not true. No apology, nothing. The staff was just miserable and the breakfast was awful. I'm told the restaurant (Daniella's) is very good, but I do not believe they are actually affiliated with the hotel, so my recommendation is to eat at the restaurant, but stay somewhere else!!
