This was such a comfortable place to stay with my dog. The room/suite is spacious and well-appointed. I love having the separate kitchen/living room area to cook and work in. And it was super quiet, even though I was near an exit (which was also nice). I loved being able to park my car so close to my room. And the coffee machine they have makes excellend espresso! Thank you!

A positive outlook.
It was a nice stay. However, a few things that we believed needed some help. The door did look completely lock, the furniture could use an updating. There was 1 bed bug i found on my side of the bed. The employees did come to the room right away take the beddding away. They also asked if we wanted to switch rooms. We did, we did check for others. The halfway smelled stale. We did like the location. We did enjoy the breakfast. And would stay there again.

Breakfast was very good. The rooms need updating. The entrance and breakfast area have been renovated so you are under the impression everything has been updated but nope. The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in should have been cleaned better. The walls in the bedroom, bathrooms and all doors were dirty. The kitchen should be updated to be more modern. As well there are only 2 chairs to sit at the kitchen table. Not sure I would stay there again.

Suites are fully stocked. Full kitchen fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. Pots/pans dishes, cutlery, glasses. Vary clean. Excellent views from windows. Bathroom huge. Closet space is great. Two TVs. Sitting room separated from bedroom by door. Very conveniently designed. Outside pool, patio has BBQ. Breakfast provided was excellent and well setup and stocked. Coffee/juice station seperate area thus can handle large crowds. Toasters in seperate area so no holding people up in lineups. Tables spaced well apart. Spacious open concept. Breakfast area opens up to outside patio when in season.

When I got there to check in the girl at the desk was on her cell phone and her phone. I waited 45 minutes before I asked her if I needed to come back to check in I came back an hour later and still had to wait another 15 minutes to get checked in Upon arriving to my room, the door was open with a deadbolt in between it. I went and reported this to the receptionist and she asked me oh are you afraid to stay in that room not just issuing me another room so I had to request another room, the facility itself is great clean and comfortable. I usually stay here when I travel for my job, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back the last day of my stay. It was five minutes before breakfast and the gentleman sitting at the front desk once again on their cell phones never looked up to talk to me. I asked him can I grab a bagel which is already sitting out I was told no like really five minutes and I paid over three hundred bucks to stay this new bunch of staff are very horrible I didn’t even get an apology for the long wait to check in

No smoking except at front entrance 😐
Perfect for my purposes—had to change rooms on initial check in. First room was soiled (upholstery) and smelled unclean. Second room much better. One complaint is the staff regularly takes smoking breaks at front entrance which should be prohibited and gives a bad impression.
