Front desk was 5 stars… the female bartender at happy hour was the weak link in the chain… she ruined our stay. A shame… we wanted to dine inside to avoid the driving in the cold but could not deal with her so we took a drive and our business somewhere else… front desk was made aware and they were gracious.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a few issues. There was no housekeeping during my stay, despite my requests. Additionally, the door to my room was broken, which I reported but was not fixed. Lastly, the indoor pool was quite cold, making it uncomfortable to swim. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

I was very no impressed with Glenda who was the bartender and also the waitress for the restaurant. She had a lot of people to take orders from as well as make drinks. She always greeted everyone and treated everyone with kindness. She was very friendly and made our stay so enjoyable.
