Ok, but the hotel needs some TLC
The room was OK for the overnight stop we needed, but the hotel grounds were covered in cigarette butts and the room smelled vaguely of smoke, too. The stairwell was dirty and the floors need a good mopping (they were slightly sticky and turned our socks black). The TV picture was fuzzy and the battery cover on the remote was missing.

Extremely poor customer service
I asked immediately upon arriving if I could extend the check out till 2pm as I would be working 6-2 and could not leave the did alone in the vehicle. I even agreed to pay extra but was denied so I cancelled my reservation and was told I could get a refund from booking agency. I tried that today and was told the hotel had me as a no show. I was on the phone with my grandson when he attempted to check in and heard every word he was told. I called there myself to say it was not a no show and they agreed to The cancellation but they lied to me and to the booking agency - these people need to Be vetted better if you’re going to represent them because we are your clients too and expect you to represent reliable hotels

I was only there for one night, so it was adequate for my needs. I didn't like the fact that I noticed that the detector in my room was open...not sure why. Did the battery need to be replaced, or what was the issue?

3 nights stay, with no housekeeping at all. Had to remove my own trash and ask front desk for clean towels each day. Toilet was never cleaned prior to our stay. Bugs in room, mold and dirt around floor. Lighting was very dim and latch on entrance door was missing screws. Terrible Hotel.

Overpriced, dirty, noisy, and smelly. The smell of smoke in the rooms is disgusting. The bathroom and floors were very dirty, and the property is not maintained at all. They charge as if it were a high-star hotel. Avoid this place at all costs.

This hotel was the dirtiest one I have ever been in. No towels, filthy floors and furnishings, hall carpet smell was very off-putting, etc. etc. I was also hit with a $100 "security deposit" that I was unaware of at booking. The worst place, really.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NEVER CHOOSE THIS HOTEL
Horrible experiencie, we arrived and the room we prepaid for was taken. So they give us another for less people. They didn't have extra rollaways bed to save the mistake. The room smells disgusting, horrible, but we arrived at midnight so we didn’t have other option but take the room. (You can’t book a room in hotels.com after midnight)
