The front desk staff was excellent. I should have gotten the name of the amazing woman at the front desk. I'm sure she shared it but I am horrible with names. She was welcoming, warm, informative, just awesome in everyway. I did not like that the bed did not fit properly on the bed frame. I was concerned that I might injure my leg trying to navigate away from the exposed frame. Also, a TV guide for the channels would be appreciated. Loved the cleanliness of the hotel. Great central location. I felt safe.

The woman at the front desk, Alicia, was so lovely and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean and breakfast today was delicious with many choices. I’d stay here again and recommend it.

Wonderful experience. I highly recommend. The check in team was very professional even under extreme pressure. The receptionist on our check out was treated poorly by a customer but she maintained her composure with grace. Issue was not her fault. She should be praised for way she handled a very difficult and unpleasant customer.

Aging hotel with no onsite ownership
We switched twice because the first room was so dirty that our feet stuck to the floor. The shampoo/conditioner was used and dirty, and the vanity for whatever reason was so hot my wife's makeup melted. The second room had no working heat or toilet. This was our second-worst hotel experience in years. The maids knew it and they admitted they should never have rented either room.

Came to Syracuse for an event, and found this hotel to be excellently located among many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The area felt safe, the hotel is well kept and the staff very friendly and professional.

Good location but some issues
The front desk staff were kind an friendly but our room had not been properly cleaned even though we checked in after normal check-in time. I’m talking sequins on the floor and the previous occupants trash still under the sink. Also, paid for parking but the tiny lot near the hotel was full, so had to choose between parking on the street (and moving it by 9 am) or parking in overflow lot a block away. But the location was great, bed was super comfortable and breakfast was decent.
