The first room we went to had blood all over it and some on the comforter. When we asked to change rooms we were refused. After fighting with the front desk for a bit he finally agreed. The second room was still dirty but we used a Lysol wipe on it. There were a lot of drunk people screaming loudly so it was hard to sleep.

Smoke is embedded into everything in the room. A giant roach walked in from the hallway in the second room - had to switch rooms because the window was broken and the first room was unacceptably dirty.

The room was so damp the floors were wet by morning all my clothes in my suit case and anything I packed was wet with dampness we had no light in our room at all other than the door way and bathroom. This was clearly a case of you get what you pay for.

Other guests blasting loud music at midnight, people walking up and down the hallways to which we felt unsafe and ended up blocking our door shut. floors were not swept or vacuumed, spiders in the bathroom, bedsheet and bathroom hand towel had stains on them, mini fridge had hairs and spilled liquids stuck on the inside, one of our bedside lights didn’t work. Was glad to be leaving this morning, would not go again.

Gross! I waited about 5 to 10 minutes for a front desk person to check. No elevator to the floor where the room was. Got into the room and it smell like smoke, the door handle was broken and there were various stains on the exposed box spring under the mattress. The room lighting was dim and a bedside light didnt work. We left without staying.

The remote control was broken in the room and it was not able to be replaced. All hdmi slots in the tv were also taken off. Bad experience with electronics. Other than that the day was pleasant.

Rooms were dingy lots of crack heads and hookers. Wouldn’t give is extra pillows or blankets or towels . Needed toilet paper and bought it at the gas station down the street.

There's not really feel safe and have no one at front counter to check in or even get items if needed like towels or toilet paper. Had to say hello and knock on counter and still no one around. I ended up having to call the number jus to get someone at front counter. The room was cleaned to policy. There were stains on curtains and shower curtain and the walls. Bag of chips left on floor by bed. Also got a few bites from being in room and bed. Not thrilled and had to stay because they wouldn't refund room so not wasting money.
