The first room we were given had a broken bed. The second room: top sheet was over the blanket. There was shampoo in the pump in the bathroom, there were no towels or bathmat for the floor. The walls were badly scratched. And the elevator was filthy.

Do not stay. Pictures are 100% deceiving and while I was not harmed here, and everyone stayed to themselves, the room was terrible. Would not recommend. I really want my money back for the false advertisement, no towels in the room, no security latch on the door, and the room that clearly is not nonsmoking.

The room smelled horribly of smoke. They said there were no other rooms to change to. The sheets were dirty and had hair on them. The shower was filthy as well as the toilet. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and months. There was no phone in the room. As soon as we arrived a man approached us trying to sell us powdered containers of Kool-Aid. Never again would I go there. Literally the worst place I have ever stayed at.

The room was NOTHING like the photo on Hotels.com. The grounds were overgrown, the “lobby” was run down, the whole hotel seemed like a place for low income housing. The sheets were riddled with cigarette holes, stains (from who knows what) and crusted on gunk (again, from who knows what). I asked for clean sheets and the gal gave me sheets that were WORSE than the ones I walked into. The entire grounds smelled of smoke and pot, cigarette butts everywhere, trash everywhere. The cops were called the afternoon we checked in. The front desk girl was actually super friendly and attentive. And the floors in the rooms looked like they had just been redone in fake wood flooring which I liked. But everything else was like I was living in a run down apartment.

Drug addicts and homeless people everywhere wandering around the property and staying there. Do not stay here! Room was disgusting and there was food left in the fridge. I knew going into this that it was a cheap room, but it was horrible. Cancelled my room and left 5 minutes after checking in. Spend the extra 30-50 dollars and stay at a safe and clean place.

I had just one towel in the room and when I went to the front desk to ask for one more ,the lady told me that I had to wait until the next day for housekeeping. I will never stay in this hotel .

Very very old. The room smelled as if someone had smoked in it. It was difficult to sleep. they did not provide us with an extra towel, we were 2 ppl and had to share the towel. No body wash or shampoo in the room

After an hour into our checkin, we noticed several cockroaches in our room. Not to mention the disgusting sheets on the bed. It smelled like cigarettes and urine in the room. We immediately left and checked out. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed at this property several times over the years, but this was the first time returning since 2016 and it has gone very down hill. Rooms were dirty, long term residents made me feel uncomfortable.

I'm not sure how this property got an average of 6.6 stars. The staff at this place (especially the lady who was working that night) were exceptional. Everything except for the staff and their service was below average. The stairs and hallways of the motel were incredibly dirty and poorly maintained. There was a smell of urine, vomit and/or marijuana in various areas in and around the motel. The room I had booked was OK but the toliet seat of the bathroom was dirty and had not been cleaned. The amazing lady at the front desk immediatelty apologized for the condition of the bathroom and switched us to a different room. However, this next room had a jammed door that did not open. Once again, the amazing front desk lady came to the rescue, apologized and switched us to another room. The third room was not bad, relatively clean, had a working fridge and microwave. When i started taking a shower in the bathroom the next morning, I noticed that the shower gel dispenser was completely empty. Yet another problem in my brief 10-hour stay at this Red Roof Inn. I want to take a moment to recognize the amazing staff at this motel! The lady who worked the front desk overnight as well as the front desk lady in the morning, were exceptional and were the only saving grace of both this property and our experience there. These ladies deserve to be recognized, although sadly I only remember that both names started with the letter D. Shoutout to them for going above and beyond.

I have given feedback to Red Roof Inn prior to this feedback. The place was a rip-off. The dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. Used condom under the bed on the floor. Dog hair on the floor. Couldn't get fresh towels. Ruined my graduation weekend. We left a day early and missed my convocation ceremony. Very disappointing!

Smelled like smoke with chemical smell on top to cover that up. Comforter had a cigarette burn hole in It. Bath towels were the size of hand towels. Comforter also had faint stains. No shower/bath Mat. Only nice part was the person who checked us in. She was very nice and professional.

Door was extremely hard to open, smell was bad in room,Pillow case had a cigarette burn on it, ( this was a non smoking room ), took shower and water drain was extremely slow ( had to walk the water ), Only one towel for two in room. On the 3th floor lighting did not work in the hall to take the elevator ( it was very dark ). Will not be staying at any Red Roof in the future. I have pictures if needed.

The place is so stinky I don’t know what product they use but putting too much cleaning products doesn’t make the room clean and it make me nauseous, they don’t have bath towel , wash cloth and sheets in bed . Outside is so noisy.We supposed to take rest but we couldn’t sleep with the stinky odor inside the room .
