The carpet in the rooms were so dirty, had to keep shoes on all the time. The front staff didn’t give you that warm welcome. Very direct and on to the next person. However, the hotel was quiet and the beds were clean.

Pretty run down and funky. Staff was very nice and helpful. Decent coffee. Place smells like cigarettes, though I suspect smoking has not been allowed for years. Just seeps out of the walls. So loud. Maybe it was just the people that were saying there, but was yelling, stomping all the way until 3am. Air conditioner was not functioning properly and ended up having to turn it off at some point at night because of how loud it was trying to click on.

This was just a quick stop on the way through. Checked in at 10pm gone by 8:30am. Friendly staff and clean. What more can you ask?

Air conditioner was very loud and not working properley, blankets were not comfy and the pillows were very small and lumpy. Staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. Parking was really convinient for airport access. Wpuld stay there again but hopefully they will make a few upgrades before then

The staff did a great job of accommodating my very late arrival. They have a shuttle on tap, but I ended up not needing it. A little bit of a funky smell but nothing out of the ordinary for an older property. I feel like they're doing their best

Always a good choice. Staff are well-trained, friendly, & helpful. They try to accommodate room requests--we like the 4th floor, as it tends to be quieter, in our experience. The rooms are clean & well-maintained. Heat/AC always works. Lots of hot water & good water pressure. Breakfast options had been updated since the last time we checked it out. They had bagels (options included cream cheese, butter, jelly, & peanut butter) & yogurt available as well as the sugar-laden muffins (muffins were the only option last time), so that was a nice surprise. We will stay again, & we do suggest this facility to others.
