Second time here. Will definitely be back again soon. Always a pleasure. Although, my room was right on top of the entrance, and I think people were smoking outside and the smell would come into our room.

The hotel was clean, updated, and had nice details. Each of the staff was very friendly and gave good suggestions for food and directions to where we were headed. I will stay here whenever i visit the area.

Picked hotel for convenient location to Syracuse campus. Very noisy hotel. Heard dog barking from across the hall most of night. Was loud enough to be heard in lobby. Requested room change, staff stated they could only move room 1 away which did not resolve issue. Could also hear hvac cycle from room next door all night. Beds were stated to be queens but they were full size and hard.
