The property was conveniently located close to the interstate. I did have problems checking in, due to an Expedia error. The front desk was helpful, but a few of the desk workers did not seem sympathetic or knowledgeable as to how to fix my problem. The room was very clean, but the bed was very firm and squeaky. And the pillows were not what you would expect from a hotel with such a high rating. Overall, I would say this is a good hotel, but did not meet my expectations based upon the rating. I would give it anywhere between a 7.5 or an 8 out of 10.

The hotel was well-kept and my room was excellent. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and ready to answer questions. I highly recommend this hotel for a clean room and good night’s sleep. BYW, my room was on the first floor.

It’s a simple cool hotel if you’re not looking for lots in your room. I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was beyond friendly. There was a car show and there was no parking in the lot and the front desk lady gave me her spot. I don’t know her know name but she worked 7/20/24 around 10 at night. She was a heaven send!!
