Such a sad surprise, rooms and hotel VERY dated and NOT worth the charge they charge, does anyone sell foods that are different then every EVRY other rest. sell? what gives EVERYONE sells the same junk. P150 FOR SMALL bucket of ICE? how can you even say your customer service oriented charging customers for ice in the first place.... GET WITH THE TIMES... every other hotel in other countries has ICE MAKERS on every Floor free for customers to use as they are NOT at home it is called COST OF DOING Buisiness - Your showers are horrible your floors tiles are dirty and falling apart your carpet is disgusting and TV serve is from the 1980's very very poor reception locking up every 30 seconds Never again will this so called 3 star (A JOKE) get our Money

I arrived at the check-in lane and stopped got out of my vehicle to check in. I joined the line and was waiting and security came and told me I had to move my vehicle. I've never had this happen at a hotel while checking in. That's what the check-in lane is for. Then I stood in line for an hour while they checked everyone in. Really really slow service. I got to the room opened the fridge and I immediately saw a roach run out from under it. The grout in the bathroom was grimy and the body wash dispenser was broken. The windows weren't clean so I couldn't enjoy the view either. The suite was large and the bed was comfortable. Dining room staff were great. Right across from the mall so definitely things to do. Would think twice about staying again.
