This space is a haven of peace and quiet, where you will enjoy Rody Creek outlining this 8 acre property. We are neighbors to Watson’s Nursery, right next door, a short walk to gorgeous seasonal flowers, a coffee shop and restaurant, and live reindeer at Christmas! In the summer, enjoy 4 acres of mowed lawn for kickball or picnics in our apple orchard. You will not be disappointed!!

Exceeded our expectations in every way
We stay in the area for a few days each year. This is the best location we’ve ever booked. Very clean, well stocked, thoughtfully laid out, friendly hosts, comfortable and welcoming . Everything about this home is very well done. We will be back.

This place tops the list for us as the best place to stay in Washington when we visit family, and we plan to book again on our next trip. Very clean, seamless check-in, communicative hosts. Every need is met, from new and comfortable mattresses to sound machines in the bedrooms to zipper bags of every size in the kitchen.

Beautiful Farmhouse with absolutely Wonderful VRBO SSpace
Three adult siblings with spouses came to tge area for a nieces wedding. We located this wonderful farmhouse on VRBO. The space was as described and was very comfortable and very well appointed. Wonderful welcome basket with treats! Beds were very comfortable and plush towels and wash cloths available in each bed room made very welcoming and organized. Communication with the hosts was always very timely. Simply stated - this is the most organized, most comfortable and most beautiful short term rental we’ve used. Exceptional!

Visiting Home.
My four children and I flew back to Washington, (which is home for us) from Fort Campbell, KY. My children range from 3-20. My three year old is special needs, so it was really important for family to be able to come to us if need be. This home was not only large enough to accommodate that but it was very presentable. Everyone felt welcomed and comfortable. The area is safe and very well situated to get around town. The only very minor detail that I would change would be the water pressure in the showers. A very minor detail that will not hinder us from seeking out this property every time we go home to visit. As a military family we travel the country and move around quite a bit. This property ranks as my favorite stay.

Perfect Stay
We have been staying at this location for 2 years already and it's the perfect location. Close by to many attractions and less then 15 minutes away from the Tacoma Dome which is perfect. I would recommend this Perfect Stay to anyone who is looking to get away.

Beautiful home.
We had to attend a celebration of life for a family member. Our trip was not intended to be a happy one. But we wanted to treat ourselves to a nice property, none the less. This property was everything we could have asked for. Hopefully, some day we can visit again on a happy occasion. And we will definitely book the same place again.

Family Vacation
This home made our vacation an unforgettable one. It was wonderful to come back to such a beautiful home after a long day adventures in Seattle, Oregon, and Vancouver (Canada). The house has a beautiful large field that the kids were able to played kick ball and run around in. The home owner, Joan, is a very sweet person. She easy to communicate with and is very friendly. Joan's kindness is more than just being a great host. My daughter forgot her teddy bear when we left for home (California) and Joan had it mailed back to us, free of charge. She also attached a kind note to my daughter on the teddy bear stating, "I missed you but was very well cared for in your absence". We need more people like her in this world.

Beautiful apartment above the garage
This beautiful three bedroom apartment is located mostly above the garage in a huge home. That only matters because we were a while lot less stressed about being slightly noisy in the evenings when we came home from our day's adventures. We found it central located and visited, Olympic NP, Seattle, and Rainier NP.

This is one of a kind location with an incredible owner.
You can tell the owner has pride in her rental ❤️The attention to detail was top notch. She provided everything you expect in your VRBO and more. We had a goodie basket with yummy snacks. In another review someone said the train was an issue and we didn’t find that to be true. The communication between the owner was clear and prompt. We had 3 adults and 2 kiddos. We had an AMAZING time ❤️🙏🏼
