We had a lovely experience with our check in. There was a minor mix up on our room selection and they graciously gave us a nicer room for the same price. The room was spacious and quiet. Temperature was easy to control and the furniture, though basic, was comfortable. We had a hot breakfast that included scrambled eggs, french toast sticks and hashbrowns. They also offered cereal, oatmeal, breads, etc.. Overall, the stay was quite nice:)

Perfect place for any type of stay
Great as always. 24 hr pool and hot tub great breakfast big jetted tub suite also nice 1 bd suite. Service is great. My cons list is you don’t get your deposit back for close to a week and it’s not my bank I get other deposits back next day. Also I was charged $30 for I’m assuming a few dirty dishes that were left in sink but that’s what all the fees and what ever are supposed to be for was cleaning right? But because everything else is great I didn’t bother inquiring about it. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve slept in.

Stay in hot tub room on 12 31 24 floor got wet use towels to clean up water wax dont mix management said its my fault charge for towels 60 dollars did not know about till i check my debt card wife not happy as she says ladys need to bring there own towels for hair and make up abs when you check out make sure check on your credit card later in threw the day to make sure you not get charge for nothing

The best hotel in Washington State
This is one of the best hotels in all aspects of the word the staff was as friendly and knowledgeable, courteous as I have ever seen I will recommend it to family, friends and anyone else who needs a place to stay I have stayed at many hotels as I used to install security cameras and networking all over the state hand's down this is my favorite the breakfast that they offer for free (complimentary) is a full breakfast scrambled eggs,biscuits and gravy, sausage links, hash browns,waffles, crescents, bagels , orange juice,milk, apple juice, from 6am-9am and of course coffee and hot chocolate which is 24 hrs
