• PARKING: Limit 6 compact vehicles (fewer when snow conditions exist). Street parking is prohibited.
• DISCLOSURES: Must climb stairs. Some amenities offered are seasonal. Grill, fire pit, Yard Games, Patio Furnitiure, Upper Deck are available only in the peak summer months.
Home opens to an open concept kitchen with an even flow to both upper bedrooms, the living area and theater or to the large back deck. The kitchen has an amazing gas range and oven. The Thermador fridge with bottom freezer is ready to pack with food to make those large family meals. Kitchen wares are well stocked plus plenty of dishware for each guest and a brand-new dishwasher for easy clean up. Off the kitchen there's a guest bathroom and also access to the large rear deck with loungers, a patio table, wicker bar and gas grill.
Through the dining room you may also access the "Jewel of the Sierras" king bedroom with walk-in closet, bay window seat, love seat, streaming TV and full bathroom with shower. This room is bright and offers privacy. Up a few steps from the dining room is the living room and separate, private theater room. The living area has plenty of seating, a large LCD TV with cable and streaming capabilities, work station with desk and a wood burning fireplace. The theater has reclining seats for 7, a cinema projector with big screen for Streaming your favorites plus a popcorn machine.
“Cal-Neva Room” behind the kitchen also has a king and private bathroom with shower. Lower-level houses 3 more bedrooms, 4 more bathrooms, the laundry area, 2 car garage and a family room. This is also where you access the luxurious, private hot tub.
"The Dollar Point Suite" is the 3rd Primary suite with king bed and private bathroom. Bookending either side of this lower floor of the house there are 2 huge bunk bedrooms, each with attached baths. "The Forest Glen Bunk Room" has 3 bunk beds each with 2 twins, sleeps 6 and has a streaming TV. The "Emerald Bay Bunk House" has a traditional bunk bed with two twins plus a pyramid bunk bed (double bed on bottom with a twin on top) and another double bed attached but no bed towering above. The downstairs family room is a great gathering spot with comfy seating and a TV with cable and streaming capabilities. The stacked laundry is tucked behind a sliding barn door.
