KITCHEN:
Custom kitchen equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, gas range, and a large island that separates the open-concept living area, providing additional seating and helping to serve groups. It comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a holiday meal, including a KitchenAid stand mixer.

If you're looking to host a gathering with friends and family, the large dining table can comfortably accommodate up to eight people with a few extra spots at the island. It's the perfect setting for enjoying a delicious home-cooked meal together.

4 total bedrooms with a master and junior master.
Bedroom 1 (Main / Upper Level): Luxury master suite with king bed, picture frame TV, work desk and chair, and bathroom with large custom walk-in glass shower, soaking tub, and double vanity
Bedroom 2 (Entry / Lower Level): Junior master with queen bed, large glass sliding doors with views of and patio to forest, a private bathroom with glass shower

We do have a policy against abusive, negligent, or loud behavior, and our home is not suitable for parties with large crowds. There is ZERO TOLERANCE for these types of behaviors. However, we're happy to welcome mature individuals who know how to party responsibly and treat others and their belongings with respect. We simply ask that you keep the noise level down and wrap up the party at a reasonable time.

Beautiful Home - Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! Short drive to Safeway and Kings Beach (5 min). Really quiet, large open forest behind home. Traveled with my husband, mother, and 2 year old son. They had a baby gate if we needed it, high chair, children's placemat/dishes/flatware. The house was stunning, clean, and very comfortable furniture and bedding. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful house in a great location and neighborhood. Excellent host!
We were 3 families celebrating a high school graduation. The house could comfortably accommodate all of us and the kids had a lot of fun. The surroundings are beautiful with great neighbors. There were noise ordinances but not too tough to follow. Overall a really beautiful, we'll accommodated house. And the best of all is the host who was in constant contact to make sure we were alright and responded very quickly when we needed anything. I'm surprised this home didn't have any reviews yet. But I'm glad to be the first one to review a d help others make a decision on this house.
