Have been here for a few times. It is in a very convenient location. Room services are wonderful. Although it is not new, it is very comfortable. Food and transportation are nearby. Front seat and bellmen are very helpful and professional

Overall pretty good. Pool needs modernization and paint work. Looks kind of run down. However, it was never busy and they have access to steam room and sauna. The gym was also very nice. Neighborhood is not so good and not very convenient with every place in the area not having English menus. Very frustrating to dine locally. Everything is very crowded. They do have a very convenient 7/11 on the first floor. Room was pretty nice. The buffet restaurant you could not even get in for dinner or lunch because I found out they require reservations days in advance. The restaurant should be for hotel guests only and should maybe think about time limits for diners so that hotel guests can actually use it.

Enjoyed the stay in this hotel. It is right opposite a bus station which takes you to places like Ximending and Shilin night market, and the MRT station is only a 5-minute walk away. There are multiple convenience stores nearby and there's a 7-Eleven downstairs as well. They have 2 ATMs in the hotel, however, they wouldn't recognise my foreign debit card, but Standard Chartered Bank was less than a 5-minute walk away. Breeze shopping mall was next door with lots of food options. We stayed in the premier room which is very spacious, clean and new. The bed was a bit hard to my liking, however, their wall plugs take international plugs and hence I did not need to use my travel adapter at all. They have a coffee machine, fridge and an air purifier in the room as well. The gym is well-equipped and clean. Special shoutout to the duty manager who remembers my birthday and delivered a delicious cake to my room, to my surprise. Will definitely stay in this hotel again on my next visit.

Hotel was overall great. Room was spacious, clean. The only thing is it’s not in a location like xinmending where you can just walk out to lots of eating and shopping options. It is however extremely close to multiple MRT stations and bus stops.
