We had a nice stay at the hotel just unfortunately the pool and sauna was closed for maintenance. Hotel should’ve notified us in advance and let us have the option to cancel the reservation. Cleanliness can be improved, I saw black stains in the bathtub faucet.

This has by far been the best experience I've ever had at a hotel. Everything about it was absolutely fabulous from how the staff treated their guests to the marble statues in the elevator rooms. The breakfast buffet is not only the best buffet I've ever had but probably the best breakfast I've ever had. We got there incredibly early for checking but the stuff was very accommodating and helping us get some of her stuff together, store luggage, and get us into the spa. If you're considering this hotel just go for it.
