Cozy Lake Logan Martin getaway with large yard

Cozy lake house tucked into a quite cove on lake Logan Martin. Our home has everything you need to enjoy a lake getaway—large flat yard (we believe it to be the best lot on the entire lake!), kitchen with all stainless appliances, a dock and patio overlooking the lake, a gas grill, corn hole and multiple other yard, board, and card games, and a large outdoor TV on the back porch. A marina with boat rentals is a few minute drive (~3 minutes by car, ~10 minutes by boat), Walmart & Publix are 15 minutes away, and Dollar General is only 5 minutes.

The location was beautiful on Lake Logan Martin. The house was beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. However, it was obvious this was primarily someone's lake house, not a vacation rental. Personal things packed the closets and bathroom counter tops. No place for guests to put our own toiletries, or suitcases. Hand soap dispensers were empty. I know it is an older home, but plugs were behind beds and dressers which had to be moved to charge phones. Extension cords with power strips would be nice.

Amazing Lake Front Home
This place was awesome! The host was even better! Amenities were top notch, and the views were breath taking! To top it all off there were fun outdoor games free to use! We thank the host Jake/Chase and his family for providing such a beautiful home to our family!! 10/10 Highly Recommend!!!

Great place to stay for a fishing tournament
This place is the best we’ve stayed at. Screened back porch with fans and a grill. Parking for 2 trucks and boats. Lots of room and a great size kitchen. Lots of yard space. Theres a pier with a boat lift too.

You will not regret this stay!
We had a great time. Our group of 5 was accommodated perfectly. Clean, comfy, and everything you need. Kitchen is stocked well for big meals. Screened in back porch with TV was great. HUGE backyard leading to dock on the lake. This property is a steal. Has to be the best place to stay at Logan Martin for the $$$. Hosts stay in contact and are very helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

What a lovely place on Lake Logan Martin!
Our host, Jake, made everything so easy & enjoyable. His lil Cozy Cottage is right on Lake Logan Martin & was like staying at your favourite Aunt & Uncle's place-The decor is country comfortable & eclectic. Their kitchen had everything necessary to cook n create our New Year's meals. There were board games, comfy beds & couches & a terrific screened in porch which led out to their dock. Especially fun on New Year's Eve when neighbours across the lake set off their fireworks! In the day, we used our binoculars to watch the birds and at night we watched the moon crest and shimmer onto the water. Don't worry if you forget your hairdryer or shampoo, they are stocked up on everything. Staying at Jake's place was like staying with family!
