We checked in late around 9pm. When we try to enter our rooms the key would nit work. Over the next hour of trying different keys and different rooms, to find out the key entry system was down. My family and I are waiting for another hour waiting for the system to work. Finally, around 1130pm we were able to get in our rooms. Then, we didn't have enough bath towels, ugh. I had to go through expedia for a credit but the hotel manager refused to give any credit for the ordeal. So, we were denied, even though the other guest that was checking in - thre front desk gave them a discount the same night since they booked directly with the hotel. This is just bad for business.

Never come here. The pictures online look nothing like the actual room. The rooms and rugs are old and smell like pee. The sheets smell old and there are dirty and broken towels. Air conditioning is old and stinky. The microwave was dirty and inside the freezer there is an old rag. Bathroom floor was sticky as well. This hotel needs to be demolished. AND there were two people in the hot tub being nasty, the hotel should be aware of this.

As soon as you open the door, you smell the cleaning supplies that they used. The hotel was beautiful nonetheless. We did not visit the pool since we are there only for the night night. We had the continental breakfast which was $1 per person and the kids eat. It was a combination of hot buffet breakfast and cold breakfast. You have to ask for coffee or tea or juices. All they have out is water.
