The staff is top notch. Very friendly. The room layout was odd. Bed was clean and really nice. The AC upstairs or downstairs… not sure came on every 30 minutes and sounded like a train or loud generator all day all night.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The lobby and restaurant area were very nice, you can tell they took time to upgrade. The 2 queen beds room was very small not much space between the beds and the desk/TV area. The bathroom was dirty even after I requested it be recleaned. Towels weren't the cleanest, we changed them out after the first night. The bathroom door didn't close properly, you had to slam it shut. The parking lot had lots of rocks, so you had to avoid parking there. The hotel was full so at night the hotel was noisy, you could hear every door open and close on the floor. I would not stay at this hotel again. The amount of money I spent was not worth it.

Unfortunately, I arrived earlier than check-in time and tried to do an early check-in with the understanding that regular check-in was at 3:00 p.m. and hotel had no rooms available at my arrival which was fine. I was told by the Front Desk attendant present at the time that I was not able to do so until 3:00 p.m. even though I was sent a text by Expedia to follow link and check in early to avoid waiting time. The young lady at the front desk was very rude not only to me but another older gentleman that asked the same question. The location of this hotel is very odd and literally at the end of a small street behind other commercial buildings. Lighting at this hotel is poor, especially at night. My stay was just ok, nothing to brag about and honestly not sure I would stay here again as there are other hotels close by.

Upon check-in, I was told that I needed to get my license plate number and provide it. I had to send my son outside to go get it. This wouldn’t be a problem except for the gentleman checking in next to me when he asked if they needed the license plate number the gentleman said no that’s OK. a little bit of consistency goes along way. Then when we got to room 106 as we open the door, we were greeted with a terrible smoke smell. There was no smoking placard on the door outside, but clearly someone had been smoking in the room and it was terrible. I went back and requested a new room and was informed that they did not have any. I was traveling with two kids, one of them proceeded to get a shower and the other one prepared for bed. 10 minutes later the gentleman from the front desk came to the room to inform me he could move us to a room. Unfortunately, at this time I was already in pajamas, I had one son that was in the shower, and the other son was already in bed. After placing a review manager called and credited the room, which is to be expected for these conditions. I just wish that hotels would clean rooms properly rather than just renting them out for the sake of financial gig.

A roach crawled out of the shower. The shower floor was gray and there was black around the shower corners. It looks like half ass cleaning jobs for the shower to build up dirt like that. 2 baby roaches crawled on the wall of the kitchen. I could not wait to leave the hotel.

Great overall
The hotel has a moldy smell throughout. The shower floor appeared to have set in dirt stains. Though inaccessible after hours, there are no signs advising of inability to use the patio entrance/exit after a specific time. My overall stay was great. Guest services was great and the check in/out process was smooth. I'll be back!
