Great staff really nice and helpful but actual building and breakfast not really. The syrup tastes weird and the cereal was stale and the orange juice tasted really fake. The tub in the bathroom was dirty when we checked in but the staff was quick to put me in another room which was better but still subtly dirty.

Horrible hotel, room smelled like mold.
The room smelled very badly of mold, the bathroom was dirty, there was hair on the wall in the shower, the window sill was disgusting, the room is also very small, they told us and wrote on the card holder that breakfast was from 6-9am and we went down at 630 so we could eat before the cross country meet we came into town for just to be told by the morning person that breakfast doesn’t start until 7am on weekends. I would never stay here again especially not at $200 a night that we paid.

Not bad for the price, but not excellent either. I've now stayed in 3 different rooms here. The first one was decent, mini fridge, in room single serve coffee, clean bathroom. The second and 3rd rooms didn't have mini fridge so I couldn't keep any leftovers while I was there.. I wasn't looking for a pool, but if you are, this isn't the spot. Breakfast was standard, but included with the hotel rate. I didn't participate because I work early and had to be at the hospital before. The have a small bar that seems to have a few people nightly, but the location is great for several restaurants and bars in the area! Convenient to I-10.

The front desk clerks smelled like "weed." That was kind of gross and discerning considering the fact they have access to all of my personal info and credit card.

Checked in and first room had a horrible odor and the whole floor would bounce when anyone walked down the hall. The desk agent was very kind and moved us to a new room which smelled different but worse. Paying more for a pet room shouldnt mean having to suffer with urine smells. Moldy walls and ceiling, a shower that didnt seal and a stained toilet. Tried to get some sleep and the mini fridge had the loudest noise.

My daughter booked this room for me and my wife. We went to see the comedian Fluffy at the civic center which is close to this hotel. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This place is cool but The STAFF made our stay Top Notch. Every staff member we came across was smiling and even joked with us. Mr.Ian helped me fix an issue and he went above and beyond. Mr.Eric called us to make sure we were safely on our way. The lady manager was very informative. The entire building is lit up so you feel very safe inside and outside. The breakfast has a lot of choices and they have a grill you can use outside on the patio and even a fire pit too. We will be staying again. This place also has a lounge/bar area with a big TV and another sitting area around a fireplace and another sitting area with a big TV and books boardgames etc
