It is the biggest hotel in Tamana Onsen. Our room was big and comfortable for a family of three. The hotel has its own onsen though just crossing the street there is a one of the biggest onsen in Western Japan.

朝食の時、暖かいお茶を探せずにお尋ねしたところ、準備がなかったようですが、その後tea bagを 準備され、席までお持たら下さいました。 ありがとうございました。 一つ残念なのは、お部屋の空気清浄機のほこりや、水タンクの蓋周りのカビが気になりました。

とても綺麗なホテルで、ホテルのスタッフの対応も素晴らしかったです!!(到着するまでに何度か電話対応して頂きました)大浴場には露天風呂とサウナもあり、朝風呂までしっかり堪能しました。1つ素泊まりにしたのが残念で、夕食と朝食をお願いしてたらと思いました。長閑な場所で近くにあまりお店がなく、ホテル前の飛び込みで入った飲食店が微妙でしたが、ホテルにはあと2〜3日泊まりたかったね!と話した位に、素晴らしいホテルでした!!また熊本を訪れる際には泊まりたいホテルです。

家族旅行です。部屋からの眺めは遠くの山と街が一望出来、また、館内は静かな開放感のある雰囲気。温泉♨️は広く、露天の和の雰囲気はとても素晴らしいものです。朝食は小鉢をバイキングで取るスタイル、緑の多い綺麗な園庭を見ながらとても美味しく頂けました。また、利用させて頂きます。

　夏のハイシーズン直前に、90歳の母親を連れ、家族で利用させていただきました。 　スタッフの対応はとてもよく気持ちよく利用させていただきました。外国人の男性スタッフは、部屋への案内や食事の対応の時もいつも素敵な笑顔で気持ちよくさせてくれました。きちんと教育されているなと思いました。 　5人で利用したので、和室の大部屋を使わせてもらいました。若干埃は見られたものの概ね綺麗な部屋でした。ただ、エアコンの送風音がやや大きく寝ている時は気になりました。弱で使っていたのですが。。。 　それから、4星クラスのホテルでもよくあることですが、ウオシュレットの脱臭装置のフィルターが詰まっていました。洗って使いましたが、月１回は掃除された方が良いと思います。脱臭効果も上がるし、ファンモーターの負荷も減らせます。 　温泉はとても気持ちよく使わせていただきました。入浴に行く前に混み具合を確認できるのもいいですね。竹の飾りの方の露天風呂は手すりを右手にして入ると、すぐに大きな岩が水中にあるので、要注意です。私は脛を擦りむいてしまいました。 　連泊したい気持ちになるホテルですが、周辺の観光施設がもっとあるといいですね。私は疋野神社の雰囲気が好きで、こちらに来ると必ずお参りするのですが、御朱印が書き置きしかないというのは、超マイナスポイントですね。ホテルからも働きかけてみてください。 　ホテルに関係ないことを書いてしまいましたが、ほぼ気持ちよく家族5人が過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。
