Th key card did not work when I returned to the room at 12:15 a.m. the first night and again the 2nd night. The first night, after investigation i was told the battery on the door died. I had to wake up my kids to enter the room. At 1.30 am. Front desk called to say the only solution is to change room ! Totally disturing our sleep.
