Could be so nice…but it wasn’t sadly.
From the minute we arrived, Thursday evening, the disappointment started. The keycode we were given was never set, had to reach out to the mgt co, upon opening door it was clear the unit had significant water damage, the entire floor is cupped and peeling in some places, baseboards had mold on them. Kitchen lights were all three not working. I reached out to mgt again, sent photos of the moldy baseboards and received vague responses. decided to hop in hot tub, which was why we booked this, but were again disappointed that it was only 74 degrees. We reached back out to mgt who eventually told us the unit had been drained and wasn’t up to temp yet, so no hot tub night one. The pool was also not running, though it was too cold for swimming…and frankly, it wasn’t much of a pool. Looked much better in pictures which were clearly taken when things were first renovated. All outdoor furniture is worn out. When I reached back out to mgt they said the owner would approve a refund, and that I’d have to reach out to company Monday we opted to stay, as no pet friendly hotels nearby.Two different kinds of ants, a septic issue that caused raw sewage back up in yard when someone showers, smelled horrendous. They knew @ mold issue, hiding moldy items to closet. Strange man outside out door at 9am Sunday, speaking loudly. No one offered to spray or replace bulbs, apology only when I mentioned that no one even bothered to apologize or fix anything. Hot tub finally to temp at check out Sunday.
