I love Embassy Suites. Always great or at least very good. This was the worst Embassy Suites I’ve ever stayed at! First room we got smelled moldy and musty. Next room was ok. Front desk was blah. Waited many minutes while they were working on their computer before being assisted to get room changed. No hot water in sinks and shower. A barely bearable luckwarm shower was what we got. Will look for somewhere else in Tampa next time.

Good sleep before busy day.
Anna checked us in quickly and made sure we knew the property, what time the complimentary drinks and snacks were and even helped us decide where to go to dinner . Dead battery in the smoke detector chirped as we walked into the room but housekeepers relayed to maintenance and it was fixed fast. Strange water restrictions kinda made the showering harder than usual but i think that was temporary? Slept very well with no problems or complaints.

Wonderful, friendly, accommodating staff. Clean, neat, roomy rooms with great beds and pillows. Free happy hour and breakfast, great restaurant. We love it there!

Upon arrival, rooms were not available. After finally checking in, the room provided was not the room reserved. When front desk provided a secondary solution, the room provided was unacceptable. It had mold on the walls and smell was ridiculous. The third room front desk decided to issue was even worse! The A/C was off upon entering, the carpet was soaked, the smell was horrible and the dining chairs looked like they still had vomit from a previous stay. My family and I finally made the decision to leave and not look back. We ended up not staying and drove home exhausted. I have never been so horrified when stepping into an EMBASSY SUITE. We specifically CHOSE when we had others to CHOOSE from

We checked in with Boris, he was amazing helped me to find another room when the hotel gave away our original reserved room. Boris was very friendly, diligent and respectful, he got me another room promptly with the needs requested as the first time.
