The Customer Service at the Front check on desk was TERRIBLE and there was roaches inside my room and hallway. Plus we have to return the used towels and waited for them washed before we get them back. And there was daily room service at all. If you want room service then you have to stay for more than 2 weeks. I will NEVER stay with Extended Stay America AGAIN!!

It was hard to get enough bedding to use for just established beds- not even extra. It is not family friendly- cigarette butts and beer cans throughout the grounds. I tried to take last pictures in tampa and there is beer cans in the background from the hotel sidewalk. Other people- strangers to us, were extremely loud, often they sounded like they tried- and luckily failed getting into our room in the middle of the night. Constant door handle rattling and beeping from trying to use their card on our room and failing. Im so glad for the double bolt options, that did help feel more secure with my family as they did this at all hours of the night. The breakfast was not good.

This property is nasty there is people everywhere and hanging around outside smoking . People live there and also there is a nasty smell. There was roaches on the room . They didn’t have sheets for the coaches. They also have stained on the walls and mattress. The tub was stained the toilet would not drain and over all it was disgusting. The rug were dirty and stained. This was the worst experience ever. I will never go back. I would like my money back. Not worth it. Do not go.

Do not stay here! I booked a room with 2 double beds and a pull out for two nights for my family of 5. I picked the location because it was near the airport, could sleep 5 comfortably and we were arriving late at night. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk to check us in. After 5-10 min someone appeared. She struggled with the check in processes, complained about her job the whole time and in the end she only mangaged to activate one of the 2 key cards. Upon arriving in our room it was outdated and dirty. We pulled out the sleeper sofa to find a dirty mattress with no bedding. When I called for new bedding I was told they only had fitted sheets, no pillows, no blankets and that i would have to go to the front desk to get them. When I complained, the sweaty, incompetent person at the front desk responded with a complaint and said "see what I have to deal with". The bathroom door was literally off the hinges, the bathtub had brown rust stains, the wall around the shower head was broken and there was some disgusting stain that looked like a huge smushed booger on the shower wall. Upon speaking to the manager she did refund one night. Upon leaving our uber driver said he was hesitant to accept our ride request because he was affraid it would be a crack head and he was ready to drive off if we looked sketchy. Even the uber drivers know that no one should stay here.

AVOID THIS PLACE
Avoid this place like the plague, the first thing you see in this place is that the hood has been brought here. people smoking on the back and side doors and putting a stick to keep doors open. 1st day Bed sheets were dirty with make up and pillow had dried blood stain. Smelly room. Burned counter top, bathroom sink stained/dirty 2nd day water gushing from floor 3rd day problem not solved until later in the day they changed my room but it had the same water problem +roaches + expired milk smell on mattress... there was a huge stain under the beed sheets. They never pick up the phone, neither replied to emails. I wanted a refund but Hotel.com never got a hold on them, I'm even considering not using Hotels.com anymore. I wish I could provide a pic or vid but it is not letting me upload them.

Traveler Beware: Stay somewhere else.
We arrived around 2am due to several flight delays. With only needing a place to stay for the night, this place seemed ok enough. Upon checking in the lady up front mentioned how her stomach hurt and she did not feel well. This is not something you want to hear at the start of your vacation. Our room had a musty smell, but I tried to ignore it to get my family ready for some sleep. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa which was badly stained. So my son slept on the couch instead with one of the blankets from one of the beds. When we woke in the morning my son pointed out a bug on the floor crawling around. It ended up being a roach. I can handle stains and musty smells. I draw the line at bugs. We checked out around 9:30am, so we were only there for around 7 and a half hours. My advice, spend a little more and stay someplace else, even if just for the night.

The place wasn't awful but it wasn't great either. Stayed with a family for 4 days and didnt run into any problem except for the lack of ice, hair dryer wouldnt work, toilet got clogged and i had to fix it myself. You get what you paid for but i was satisfied
