The staff was great we were able to check in early and accommodated for our pupper. Note thay dogs are not allowed really anywhere other than the room and the bar outside. We werent able to enjoy the pool or the restaurant as you cannot bring your dog into those spaces nor can you leave them alone in the room while youre using those facilities. This was a learning experience as it was my first time traveling with my emotional support yorkipoo. There was also no room service so we weren't able to eat breakfast at the hotel once again because I had my yorkipoo with me. Check out was a breeze.

Hotel seems like it needs a bunch of work. No elevator. The stairs need a lot cleaning The lobby and bar have a funky feel, but it really needs a face lift. Employees are helpful, but definitely NOT professional. Overall disappointing experience.

Hurricane refugees
We stayed here during the hurricane, having been evacuated from Saint Petersburg Island. Stayed four nights and eventually flew home to the West Coast or last night. The parking lot was completely flooded with water well over the doorhandles of the cars parked in the hotel parking lot. Gratefully, I found parking for my rental car in a multi level garage Nearby. The lobby was completely flooded and all the power was out. I think the staff did an excellent job in the face of these challenges.

Had my visit cut short due to a liver transplant in the works. I had to be admitted into the hospital n list two days of my stay but the lady at the seat let us check in super early for the first day. Wish I could’ve stayed the entire 3 days.

Great stay. Enjoyed my time here.
Great stay. Excellent staff. My new favorite hotel in the area. The gym and elevators are down due to water damage from the hurricane. I was placed in the 7th floor. They did offer to bring luggage up for us. Lobby bartender is hilarious. Great atmosphere. Wife wants to come back. We’ll see. I like to adventure new places.
