This was a nice hotel. The staff was friendly. I wish they had better accommodations for parking. 40 a day for valet that we didn’t use much was a little steep. Overall I had a nice experience.

The hotel is a hidden gem within Tampa’s Downtown. The service is high quality. However, the experience was damaged by an alleged false evacuation event that happened in the middle of the night. The downside was that, although it may have been a mistake (which happens anywhere), no incentives were offered to cover the disturbance at 3 am nor any explanations were given as to why the alarm had gone off. The hotel is a beautiful and careful mix between classic and modern design. The only thing is that it is going through outside remodeling and the construction gear covers the facade. I give 3 out of 5 due to the event, but it was definitely good in terms of service and customer service, until the false alarm.

I have stayed at this property a couple of times while it's been under construction. I have never had an issue until this stay. I would never come back. First, the parking was horrible. After a long drive, I arrived around 8 PM and there was a long line for parking/valet. The staff was very nice, however said people were honking their horns because of the long line and the line into traffic. After finally parking and checking in to my room, I went to take a shower and there were several curly, short dark hairs all in the shower (I have long, blonde hair) and it was clearly never cleaned. I called the front desk to make them aware, however was on hold for an extended time, therefore had to hang up. I was able to notify the room cleaner the next day, who saw the uncleanliness and cleaned the shower. I took another shower and this time the water was COLD and there was no pressure! It was one of the worst showers I've ever had. In addition, I went to dinner at the Dan and ordered the burrata. It was such a disappointment. It only had one SMALL piece of burrata. I have had dinner here in the past and ordered the burrata and it came with several pieces of burrata. I was looking forward to this meal, however another disappointment. I will never stay here again - it seems something happened with management and staff.

Beautiful Hotel however it was under construction. They did provide earplugs so not to disturb your sleep early in the am. Just wished it was disclosure time of booking. Only real downfall would be no room service.

the parking lot was hard to get into, $40 a day for parking, the toilet seat slid off and twisted my spine, 30 minutes to get hot water, super super slow internet - crazy slow, bad service in the restaurant, bed was uncomfortable, we left a day early

The location was walking distance to all shops and restaurants along the Hillsborough River Walk and hotel offers free shuttle service as well.

Multiple outlets in the room didn't work, no hot water until I left the shower on for 30 minutes. Woke up to construction noise. Valet only and is 40$ a day. The premise of the hotel is nice as a tapestry kind of vibe, but it is poorly kept. One of the worst stays at a hilton I have ever had. I would avoid this hotel at all costs and find another place to stay when visiting Tampa.

We absolutely LOVED this Hotel Flor! Beautifully redone! Amazing meal in Hotel restaurant! Super comfy beds and spacious well-appointed room. l This hotel has been beautifully remodeled while paying homage to its past!!

Old building with new coat of paint. Water pipes were very noisy Lots of construction going on which made it hard to sleep. Neighborhood was very run down
