I had one of the best stays ever here! My room was clean, hotel was clean. Breakfast was great with lots of options. ALL of the staff were amazing! Kind, helpful and attentive. The area felt very safe and you can walk to malls and to eat. I have friends in the area and I very much look forward to visiting again. Thank you for such a great stay!

Was there for 3 nights. Their 'express service' , which was never explained, doesnt make the beds. Which is fine but for extended stays it would have been appreciated. Requested the service but still was unmade. Simply too pricey for what you get. Will choose another place next time.

Expedia put my family in danger. Gave us a confirmation, took our money, and no room at this place. They said Expedia overbooked. Took us all day to find some places to stay and had to drive three hours south to Fort Myers right at tornado zone. something needs to be done. We plan to do something about it and definitely get the word out and say something about it.

We had an excellent stay for a wedding we were attending. Many of us were able to gather around the bar area which was quite accommodating. Rooms were cozy and comfortable. I would stay there again when in town.
