The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. However, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbors throughout the night, which disrupted our sleep. Additionally, the living room curtains were not blackout curtains, so light streamed in early in the morning. This would be especially problematic for anyone sleeping on the sofa bed. Speaking of which, the sofa did not convert into a bed as expected. We also requested bedding for our son and only received a pillow and duvet, with no sheet.

If you don’t mind noise from other guests, this place is great. Perfect for young people. Walls are thin and the set up has you hearing doors shutting left and right. No way to quietly close them. Not for us.

Great experience & doesn’t break the bank!
It was great! We requested an early check in before our arrival and although it wasn’t guaranteed, we were able to check in 2 hours early which was incredibly helpful! The staff were very pleasant and quick! We liked having a kitchen and use of a washer/dryer if needed. There was plenty of space in the room itself, great water pressure in the shower, although the vanity offered very little counter space for (for makeup bag, hair tools, etc.). It was mostly quiet, not a lot of hallway noise, which was nice! Location to the arena and nearby restaurants was perfect - a quick walk to everything! Great proximity to the Tampa airport as well. I would definitely recommend this as a less expensive option to the big name hotels nearby.
