Archie at the front desk was very helpful, as well as courteous and friendly. When we left I forgot to tell front desk that our tub faucet dripped all night. Room 255. Breakfast was nice and staff so polite.

The hospitality was great, and when items were requested, staff made sure to accommodate. The room was in great shape, minus the bathroom floor being a little dirty, but everything else was great!

Overall good experience, I recommend this hotel, easy check in, hot continental breakfast, clean room. Only inconvenience is they charged by card twice and had to wait couple days for one of the payments to be placed back to my acc.

I’d stay again
Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint is the outlets were old and worn out. Plugs didn’t want to stay in. There also weren’t many outlets and no USB ports.

Understanding because of renovations
renovations were being done so I get that if you are going to renovate do the flooring throughout, I would not walk barefoot on the floor the rug was disguising it was dirty should have been replaced, no plunger in the room tried to call the front desk and no one answered. Beds were comfortable. The dresser I was not able to put clothes in the 2nd drawer the bottom was unattached and clothes would have fallen through. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Were the area is situated is good the room had a BAD smell the area around the hotel was soso clean. In the cafeteria the breakfast was not that bad to do the whaffo they two machines but they are to close to each other there’s no space for the others person to use it. The room they need to do a better job with the smell.
