Small clean studio
I booked this place for a few days but only stayed on the property maybe 2 days. I did some traveling. Pros: Clean, quiet, community pool-i didn't use the pool, quiet. A/C and internet worked fine. Cons: Bathroom is really small but it worked fine for me. Unknown: I didn't check to see if there were any cooking supplies. I would do a short stay here (a day or two).

Very nice little efficiency
We needed to get down to st.Pete beach as our vacation home was severely impacted by the last hurricane. As all areas surrounding the bay were affected, our property was super clean and very easy to access. Understandably, our host was working round the clock to clean the property and make sure it was good for us.

This rental exceeded our expectations. The pool was amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Tampa. It’s in a great location. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Tampa again.
