FULLY RENOVATED PERFECT FOR FAMILIES HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE 1ST FLOOR

This fully renovated cape is in the quaint town of Tamworth NH- the gateway to the White Mts and close to the Lakes Region and various wedding venues. The home has a full, well-equipped kitchen and seats 8 comfortably. The open concept living/dining/ kitchen area has a 52" Roku television as well as many games and puzzles. Free Wi-Fi is available. There is a Pack'nPlay, highchair and bedrails available for the littles in your family. This is an ideal rental for an intergenerational family vacation. There are beds for 13 guests, however we limit the number of guests to 8 for the comfort of all.
The house has an enclosed sunporch, usable even on some sunny winter days--a perfect place to sit, relax and read. The finished basement has a playroom with lots of games, toys, books as well as bunkbeds, pullout couch, Roku TV and video games. There's a full bathroom with a tub and shower in the finished basement.
The first floor and outdoor gathering areas are wheelchair accessible (zero step). A brick ramp provides easy access to the house from the driveway and the patio. Doorways on first floor vary from 29"-36". All 3 bathrooms have handicap grab bars and raised toilets. Please contact host with questions.
Our cleaning staff takes pride in their cleaning and sanitation methods. We're sure you will find the home up to your standards.

Seasonally, an outdoor gas grill, table and chairs are available on a brick patio. There is a shady grove under a large maple tree for sitting and visiting with family & friends. A large stone fire pit is a perfect way to unwind at night. Some wood is provided.

During summer months owner may be on adjacent property.

Great House Immaculately Clean
My wife and I had an amazing time with our son (2), daughter (3), and my mother-in-law. We were up for a wedding in the area and couldn’t give a higher recommend of this property. It really made the trip easy and more enjoyable. Play room for the kids, great outdoor space, and even a tire swing. We walked to the little farm, playground, and distillery in town.

My daughter was married in Tamworth this weekend and this house was absolutely perfect for our family. The house is so comfortable, spacious, and stocked with everything you could possibly think of. Nothing has been overlooked. The hosts were extremely responsive and patient with all my questions before and during our stay.. we will be back!!

Great place for a family vacation
We stayed at this home for a week with extended family. There was plenty of room to spread out and so much to do. The kids enjoyed toys in the basement as well as yard games. This was a great home base for day trips to storyland and white lake. There were a lot of little touches that made our trip more comfortable and memorable. We thoroughly loved this home away from home. The owners have thought of everything and we have never stayed in a rental that had so many amenities. As a result, we overpacked so many items we didn’t need because they were at the property. This home is clean, bright and decorated beautifully. We spent a great deal of time with the rest of our family sightseeing, so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors as much as we would have liked but the fire pit, gardens and yard are beautiful too. If we had to make a recommendation, it would be to add an air conditioning unit to the kitchen/living room area. We did use the box fans with the bedroom air units but it wasn’t quite enough and I imagine the heat would be overbearing in August. That aside, this is a beautiful home and we would definitely stay again!

So clean and well-stocked! We needed handicapped accessible, and true to the description, all accommodations were just what we needed! The proximity to hiking trails and the White Mountains were fabulous! And we really appreciated the separate zones for heating. I wholeheartedly recommend this property!

The house is so neat and clean with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. A well stocked kitchen, large grill for outdoor cooking, comfortable furnishings, inviting fire pit and located in a picture perfect neighborhood. The house was beautifully decorated for Fall, inside and out. We really appreciated the wheelchair accessibility also. There were 7 in our party and we had plenty of room to spread out. The house is conveniently located close to many White Mountain activities such as the Conway Scenic railway and the beautiful Kancamagus highway. The owners are so responsive and helpful. Be sure to have breakfast at Rosie’s. Delicious food! If you are considering renting this house, do not hesitate. You will not be disappointed. We would love to stay here again if we ever have the opportunity.

The cleanest VRBO we have ever rented. You felt at home the minute you walked in. The kitchen was FULLY equipped with EVERYTHING. The welcome to our home manual answered every question. The furniture was clean and comfortable. Instruction cards throughout the home helped for a relaxing visit. The home is rural, but close to outlets, Mount Washington and lake Winnepesaki . Although we are seniors, we would recommend this home for families with children. The outside patio and lawn were also well kept. I can nit think of one negative about this home.
