Katastrophe. Absolut sprachlos. Rezeptionist nett und bemĆ¼ht. Preislich wurde uns dann entgegen gekommen. Lage zum Hafen Tanger med. fĆ¼r den FƤhrgang war perfekt.

Horrible Ć  fuire absolument !! ArrivĆ© Ć  l'hĆ“tel aprĆØs une rĆ©servation confirmĆ©e depuis des mois , notre chambre n'est pas disponible . On nous a donnĆ© une chambre qui ne correspondait pas du tout Ć  la rĆ©servation faite mais c'est tout ce qui leur restait Ć©tant donnĆ© qu'ils avaient louĆ© celle que nous avions rĆ©servĆ©. On se retrouve dans une chambre avec mon deux enfants oĆ¹ il faisait 50 degrĆ©s. Pas de clim , pas ventilateur, pas d'eau chaude Ć  la douche , fenĆŖtres des douches et des chambres Ć  coucher qui donne sur le couloir !! Je n'ai jamais vu cela ! Au final nous avons dĆ» rĆ¢lĆ© et la personne de l'accueil aprĆØs 30 min Ć  finalement trouvĆ© une chambre qui correspondait Ć  peu prĆØs Ć  notre rĆ©servation ( sauf la clim) ils ont fait levĆ© les femmes de mĆ©nage Ć  1h du matin pour nettoyer la chambre .... Odeur nausĆ©abonde sur l'hĆ“tel . Pire expĆ©rience de ma vie dans un Ć©tablissement .

Optimum stay and price
The hotel was basic and it has enough comfort comparing price. Wifi doesnt work . So near of tanger med 5 port. I could suggest to poeple to stay in there.
