Misleading information on expedia website
The worse ever experience we had. 1st of all the property does not have swimming as it says on expedia website and it does not accomodate 7 people at.
Despite booking for us to stay at this night mare accommodion we have been made homeless the next morning. They have told us you have not booked at this property so we are taking you to a bigger propertywe were happy and excited, went to the other property and it was shocking to see the state of the property very dirty smaller than the one we originally booked it smell. I could not get my kids stay in a such home. So we decided to not stay there. The worse bit was when we turned to expedia where we have made the reservation and expedia customer services have let us down terribly.
Being disabled parents and with a special child, we have been made homeless. Been contacting expedia from 12.30 in the afternoon costing us lots or money and stress. We have been put through to one agent to another telling me don't worry we will sort everything (what a wbole load of rubbish). It took them hours (from 12.30 to around 5pm) to come to terms that they can look for another property for us and found ua accommodation which was further away then where we wanted to stay but still accepted, our joy of having a roof over our head short-lived within minutes of having the confirmation from expedia we have been told that property is no longer available so we can only offer you a property which ia 25 miles away kmt.
