This was probably the worst overall experience I've ever had anywhere in the world (I travel a lot). From waiting 2 hours for room after check in time, mold in the shower, bedbugs, REALLY loud neighbors all night (they weren't so loud as there was NO sound barrier). Hard beds, rough towels, only liquid hand soap. Not sure how this is had 4 star rating, even for Mexico (or remote again) this place was a huge disappointment.

Above and Beyond
This was the second time I have stayed there. Their service is excellent, they were very accommodating to us and our dog. The restaurant is excellent and I definitely would recommend staying there whenever you are in the area. Great place to stay I will definitely be back. Hopefully next time for longer than one night.

Other than the veteran guy who helps you with your bags at check in, the staff are somewhat emotionally removed. The front desk is too mechanical. I like the facility, location and that they allow dogs. $25/dog/night is about double what I payat most hotels in Mexico, US, and Central America. The water pressure sucks, the water is not hot, and the lighting in bathroom is poor
