Leider mangelhafte Ausstattung
Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft verbracht und mit dem Wissen, vor Ort waschen zu können, nicht zu viel Wäsche eingepackt. Leider war die Waschmaschine defekt (es stand muffiges Restwasser bereits in der Maschine, welches sich nicht abpumpen ließ). Hinzu kam, dass Wasser aus der Maschine austrat und der Küchenboden nur mit Schuhen zu betreten war. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war eher schwierig (lange Wartezeiten bei der Beantwortung meiner Nachrichten, nach ein paar Tagen kam abends ohne Ankündigung ein Mitarbeiter vorbei, der versuchen wollte, die Maschine im Laufe der nächsten Tage reparieren zu lassen, was nicht passierte). Auch die Küchenausstattung war mäßig (kein Schneidebrett, keine Geschirrtücher), der Kühlschrank sowie die Geschirrschränke rochen muffelig/schimmelig - auch der Holztisch neben dem Bett war von Schimmel befallen. WLAN war keins vorhanden - zumindest war dies für uns nicht ersichtlich (keine Zugangsdaten/Informationen vorhanden). Duschkopfhalterung ebenfalls defekt. Die Wäsche mussten wir im nächsten Waschsalon für 5€ (mit mäßigem Waschergebnis) waschen. Am vorletzten Abend kam dann die Info, dass die Maschine evtl. am letzten Urlaubstag hätte ersetzt werden können. Lage/Umgebung sehr gut, aber insgesamt waren wir sehr unzufrieden.
