1. I arrived at the hotel and I’m told that my room is flooded and therefore not available. They claim force majeure and blame it on Expedia saying that Expedia overbooked them.They booked us another room in another hotel close to them and they arranged the transportation at their own cost. Nevertheless, it was inconvenient because I could only unpack my bags for one night and then I had to repack them again in the morning and go into the hotel again before I could go on the tours.
2. The reception tried to be helpful, but the support staff don’t know how to speak in English and they don’t know how to help.
3. Small things like not actually placing the number of the reception in the room, whenever you turn on the light in the bathroom, it turns on the fan with an annoying noise And you cannot turn off either one of them separately. The shower in the room doesn’t hold still.
4. Worst part, the room was actually hot, and I struggled to sleep. I turned on the AC to make the room cooler and didn’t work and they said they couldn’t fix it because the winter season had started, and therefore the AC cannot produce cold air…? Even though it’s actually on cool mood.
5. I asked for NO room service from the reception (the room service button in the room doesn’t work and there is no paper to hang on the door). Room service came anyway, but also they opened the drawer in my room and they took tissues which had my medecine as a clean up?!
bottom line it’s a decent hotel but Improvements
