The resort staff were very friendly and happy to deal with any requests we had. The villa was clean but a little dated in terms of decor. We liked the fact that shopping was within walking distance and there was a wide selection of restaurants. Overall I nice quiet place to stay.

The Managers are rude and disrespectful and yelled at my 5 year old autistic child. I will never stay here again and I will be telling all my friends and family about how disappointing my experience was at the Pacific Palms Resort in Tauranga.. absolute rubbish. the property was very nice and clean, the only comment is on the furniture in the lounge, the couches are quite uncomfortable and sag a bit. Otherwise great property would recommend.
